I am an experienced cruiser having sailed on many lines from budget to luxury. I've usually found NCL to be a good mainstream choice. No dress codes, flexible and numerous dining options, and good entertainment. And, usually, friendly service.

We had the best time. From the moment we embarked until we disembarked. The food was outstanding the drinks were amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make us very comfortable.

First time on NCL. If not for the staff and food this would have been a two star review. First - shout out to the friendly and professional bartenders. Dr. Lawrence at the Pour House and pool bar - world class! Christian at the Whiskey Bar and all the other bartenders are top shelf. Chose this cruise to see how we liked NCL. We didn't. Been on 22. Cruises and the customer service was the worst by far. Booking a cruise in March for 24+ people and cancelled NCL.
