This was my first cruise with Norwegian. Six friends and myself treated ourselves with no kids and no husbands. For the most part our cruise was absolutely AWESOME!!!! The majority of the crew was great, the food was great and the port calls were great. We had the best steward EVER!! Our room was 0264 and he was friendly and accommodating. Every steward on our floor was AMAZING! We weren’t ...

We selected this cruise because I was attending a watercolor workshop. I enjoyed the course thoroughly. However, the location the ship provided was in a dark club painted black with limited lighting, their staff assisted us to have tables under the best lighting fixtures. The ship is very large and lacks good and quiet areas around the ship to just read and relax. In fact, at the last refit a ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and we love sea days. We didn't expect it to be 7 sea days in a row. After reading the other reviews, I totally agree with the comments of the reviewers. NCL really failed on this cruise for the things they had control over. The cabin and room steward was excellent. The ship was too big with too many people crowed in a small space like the ...

Years ago I heard that Norwegian was one of the worst cruise lines but since it was so long ago my family & I decided that perhaps they had gotten better over the years. Well, I am here to tell you they have not. The cruise was leaving from Miami & I live near the west coast. I opted for their air fare never imagining they would not allow me input as to departure times. If I was doing it ...

We choose this cruise because of Itinerary and value. The food was very bad and specialty restaurants were no better then main dining room. Tendering from the ship was a nightmare we were bearded like cattle. The timing at port of Miami was nothing but a convenience for NCL most passengers had no time to enjoy Miami because of the lack of organization. Disembarking in New Orleans was again poorly ...

Value and prospective ports. Length of some port stay were short. Excursions for some ports were to short or two long of bus ride verses walking around. Miami was a nightmare. Was not able to have any time to explore. Some parts of the ship were cold. We not attend functions in the forward theatre, because it was too cold. I would think Norwegian would have a different port to stop at other ...

We went on a back to back cruise and this one was going to great places as well as across the Atlantic. Something we were looking forward to doing. Ship too large and it seemed like many of the staff were in training, especially in the dining areas. The hours that were scheduled for areas like internet and toys were not only too short and not always convenient. Lines were always long. At ...

I have gone many transatlantic cruises but this was one is one for the books. They were understaffed. Took forever to get dinner, lunch at the restaurants. The ship was not prepared for this cruise. I will never do ncl on a transatlantic again. Entertaining was good if you were a sardine and squeezeed into small rooms. Everyone was hacking or sneezing. Wasnt for the drink package it would of been ...

The was our fourth Norwegian cruise. Our third in the Haven. Embarkation was great, we flew in Miami from Tampa. Got in about 9:35 am, took a cab from the airport to the port of Miami. Cab fare is a fixed price. $27.00 We were escorted to the Haven lounge, which nice since they had an elevator waiting for us. We had a two bedroom family villa, since we took a friend with us and it was ...
