Well laid out and modern, the bathroom had a decent bathtub and plenty of storage, the hair dryer was handheld and had more power than the wall mounted variety. Usually quiet but we did notice some noise from adjoining rooms. The 5th floor was directly over the lifeboats so we could not see directly into the water and there was alot of noise during tendering operations. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. A great selection of movies was available for free on the in room entertainment system. Smoking on the balcony was permitted, which bothered us to no end. Read entire member review >>
We had a beautiful room with the best cabin stewards, Abdul and Suggi ! We loved the view and the boats below were no problem to us. We liked deck 5 as we felt closer to the water. Also , it was about midship which meant less walking! The cupboard space was excellent , and we didn't use it all although we always bring too much! We loved the tub and there was good space in the bathroom. The room service for a full hot breakfast was generally outstanding except for disembarkation day when it never came! The towels were plush , and the bed was very comfortable too! We would do this line again for a short cruise especially! Read entire member review >>
The cabin is well laid out with plenty of storage. Very narrow passage where the wardrobes are and had to dodge in and out when getting dressed and using the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable but the duvets very heavy and warm. No problem with extra pillow or change to firmer pillow. Cabin staff all helpful. Read entire member review >>
Small but functional. Good position. Disappointed not to have a chair in cabin so for breakfast we had to bring in chair from balcony. Kept nice and clean and well stocked. Read entire member review >>
5121 Very nice but I wish the rooms were a little larger. Wish HAL had a different level that was in between suites and veranda rooms. Always pleased with storage and bathroom (tub). Read entire member review >>
Great location mid-ship. We could feel the vibration of the engines, but it lulled us to sleep. Great bed. Plenty of storage space: in the closet, over the sofa, inside the stool, at the end of the bed! You have to look for the space, but it's there! Quiet. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Disabled room.. Slightly more floor space, no bath, no sofa but larger balcony ..facing backwards. Not nearly enough long hanging space for posh frocks! Wet room floor has sharp grids..needed slippers! Air con far too fierce...unable to adjust noise. Read entire member review >>
Rooms seem smaller than most. Plenty of drawer space. Balcony also seemed smaller than most. They stick the lifeboats right under mid ship. We looked over an ugly orange lifeboat. Like to see the water hitting the ship; but could not in this cabin. Read entire member review >>
Were assigned a handicap veranda cabin somewhat forward, in the unusual quick curve of the ship near the elevators and directly above the owner's suite. Our balcony was very long and pretty deep. It provided a port view from 300 degrees all the way back to 180 degrees. Very pretty and versatile. You could roller skate in the bathroom, but the cabin lacked sufficient closet and drawer space, and even though it sported a lot of square footage, had no sofa. Big enough for a cocktail party for 15 to 20 if you used the balcony. Read entire member review >>
Loved being mid-ship. We had veranda room on Veranda deck. Lifeboat was below our veranda, but did not impede view. It was very quiet with little to no motion felt. (although we had extremely quiet seas) Ample storage space (and I pack a lot of clothes) with roomy tub/shower combo. Comfortable bed. A/C was okay but didn't do a great job at eliminating the humidity and was still a bit warm at night for my preference. Read entire member review >>
Great cabin with verandah. Beds and pillows unbelievably comfy.
Large flat screen tv on wall. Sitting area with 2 seater sofa, chair and coffee table. Bathroom had full tub. Read entire member review >>
