Carnival Glory Gets New Inaugural

March 28, 2003
Carnival Glory, the line's newest ship, has been assigned a new inaugural voyage and this one is earlier -- and with a different itinerary -- than the originally scheduled premiere voyage. The ship now will debut on July 14 from Port Canaveral with a special five day Western Caribbean-Mexico itinerary that calls at Costa Maya and Cozumel. After that, the 110,000-ton, 2,974-passenger Conquest Class vessel will launch into its regular schedule of weeklong Caribbean itineraries out of Port Canaveral.
