SeaDream Launches "No Stress No Strings"

January 17, 2003
In what appears to be the trend-o-the-week, SeaDream Yacht Club announced that it too (along with Uniworld as reported earlier) is introducing a no-cancellation-penalty. “No Stress No Strings” allows passengers to change a cruise -- or bow-out completely -- and receive 100 percent, including government fees and taxes, back. No questions asked. The offer is good up until day-of-departure. However, in a between-the-lines observation, it’s important to mention, that customers don’t actually get a cash refund. Instead, the cost of the cruise they canceled will be placed in a SeaDream credit account. Travelers have two years to use it.
