| Disney in Europe for 2004? |
Rumors are running rampant that Disney is mulling over a major redeployment -- sending either Disney Magic or Disney Wonder to Europe in summer 2004. This speculation rivals, almost anyway, talk about the cruise line's plans to issue an order for a third ship. Alas, spokesman Mark Jaronski pokes a hole in both balloons by downplaying the chatter.
"Are we looking at our options?" he asks in what we figure is a rhetorical question. "Sure. We are considering different itineraries and fleet expansion but have made no decisions and are still emphasizing our three-, four-and seven-day Caribbean cruises." In case we didn't get the point, Jaronski continues, "we'll continue to evaluate options but no decision has been made at this time to alter our plans." | |
