Celebrity Cruise Lines Adds Car Service for NYC-area Suite Customers
Celebrity Summit (10:15 a.m. EDT) -- Celebrity continues to increase perks for its suite passengers, adding roundtrip black car service for customers in the greater New York metro area on some sailings.

Provided by GroundLink Transportation, the service runs door-to-door from passengers' private residences to Cape Liberty cruise port or one of the New York City-area major airports. The offer applies to those who book a suite on a Celebrity cruise within the month of March for seven-night Bermuda sailings onboard Celebrity Summit departing May 4 through August 31, 2014, and 2014 Europe sailings of at least seven nights.

Other conditions: Passengers must reside within 50 miles of Manhattan. Driver gratuities are included, but a handling fee for car seats applies.

The car service is the latest in a series of extras that Celebrity is adding for its top-tier passengers. The line announced last month that it will be debuting “Suite Class” during the 2015-2016 season, with a restaurant and lounge available only to suite passengers. Other perks will include complimentary alcoholic beverages, free alternative dining, unlimited Internet and butler service.
