Holland America Rolls Out All-Inclusive Beverage Packages
(9:49 a.m. EDT) -- Holland America Line has officially rolled out its new alcohol-inclusive beverage package, called the Signature Beverage Package.

The package includes a variety of wine, beer, spirits, cocktails (including nonalcoholic), sodas and coffee, up to 15 beverages (of any kind) a day. The cost is $44.95 per day, per person for the entire sailing and must be purchased on the first or second day of the cruise. A 15 percent service charge is not included in the base price and will be automatically applied to the purchase.

If one passenger in a cabin wants the Signature Beverage Package, all passengers in the same cabin who are 21-years-old or older must also purchase the package. Items from the mini bar, in-room dining and beverages on Half Moon Cay are excluded from the package.

Holland America is one of the last cruise lines to jump on the all-inclusive beverage program bandwagon. Princess Cruises is now the only line that does not have such a package.
