| RCI Revamps Menus Fleetwide |
Do we detect a Celebrity influence? Sister cruise line Royal Caribbean just announced that it will revamp menus on the company’s 13-ship fleet to better reflect their destinations. Which means you can expect to find salmon and halibut on Alaskan cruises and, we surmise, bananas and sugar cane on Caribbean voyages.
The new program is being created by Rudi Sodamin, Royal Caribbean’s master chef, who claims that there will be “hundreds of nutritious and tasteful new dishes influenced by the worldwide destinations our ships visit.”
