| ResidenSea Ready to Sail |
| ResidenSea, the oft-delayed condo complex at sea, is finally ready to go. The company took delivery of its vessel, The World, on Wednesday and will close the deal on Friday, said Nikki Upshaw, vice president of sales for ResidenSea. The maiden voyage is now scheduled for March 28 from Oslo, followed by a series of "showcase events" and a christening in Europe before the first revenue cruise departs Lisbon May 2. The unique vessel includes 110 privately owned apartments -- some of which are available for rentals -- and 88 guest suites that can be individually booked. | |
