Competition Fierce in Oasis Godmom Match-Up Game -- Join the Fun
Oasis of the Seas Godmothers On Wednesday, Royal Caribbean announced the seven Oasis of the Seas godmothers who will represent each of the ship's seven neighborhoods during the naming ceremony on November 30. Since the cruise line is holding out on us -- refusing to reveal which famous lady goes with which onboard space until the actual christening -- we decided to have some fun and ask you, our readers, how you'd pair up the godmothers and neighborhoods.

To date, we have over 70 entries in our Oasis Godmom Match-Up Game on the message boards, where we invite you to match up the seven leading ladies (Gloria Estefan, Michelle Kwan, Jane Seymour, Dara Torres, Keisha Knight Pulliam, Shawn Johnson and Daisy Fuentes) with seven Oasis of the Seas neighborhoods (Central Park, Boardwalk, the Royal Promenade, Pool & Sports Zone, Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center, Entertainment Place, and Youth Zone). Here are some of the trends we're noticing so far:

Most members agree that Olympic swimmer Dara Torres is a shoe-in for the Pool & Sports Zone.

The votes for the Youth Zone godmother are split between Shawn Johnson (the youngest on the list at 17 years old) and Keisha Knight Pulliam (child star of "The Cosby Show").

Jane Seymour's English heritage is leading many voters to link her name with the Royal Promenade ... since royalty is so very British!

You have until the end of the month to make your choices. Once we know how Royal Caribbean matches them up, we'll send a prize to each of seven lucky winners chosen at random from among the correct entries. Unsure of your choices? Let some of our members convince you with the reasoning behind their picks.

Central Park - Michelle Kwan: "Central Park NY has an ice rink -- perhaps [Michelle is] looking here for one." (Buffetfan)

Pool & Sports Zone - Dara Torres: "Won't be a fish-out-of-water in the pool" (Cruiznthefastlane)

Royal Promenade - Jane Seymour: "She's the only one with enough class to fit in that locale." (flamomo)

Boardwalk - Michelle Kwan: "Going for a spin on the carousel instead of spinning on the ice." (Laurie12820)

Youth Zone - Shawn Johnson: Age does not limit your abilities; it only enhances the challenge. (SixtiesMum)

Royal Promenade - Daisy Fuentes: "Seems to been the most 'commercial' godmother to me and seems to be a good fit with a mall-like setting." (ucfkinght07)

Spa & Fitness Center - Shawn Johnson: "She'll flip over all the equipment." (Cruiznthefastlane)

Entertainment Place - Gloria Estefan: "She's here for the Karaoke!" (Laurie12820)
