Celebrity Fleet Changes

September 26, 2001
Celebrity Cruises is redeploying ships originally scheduled to summer in Europe next year. While its newest ship -- Constellation -- will continue to sail European itineraries, Millennium will replace its 12-day Mediterranean voyages (between April and October) with 10- and 11-day deep Caribbean itineraries out of Ft. Lauderdale. Mercury, after finishing its winter schedule of South American trips, will reposition to San Diego for a couple of Panama Canal voyages and then head to Alaska, where she will home port in Vancouver.
