| Peter Deilmann Expands |
More on the industry’s expanding European river cruise niche: next March, Peter Deilmann’s fleet will expand to ten with the addition of newbuild Frederic Chopin. The 79-passenger ship will focus on itineraries between Amsterdam and Prague, among others that include cities such as Berlin, Dresdin and Meissen.
What’s unique about this ship-to-be is that some two-week river cruise itineraries will be offered along with the industry’s standard seven-day voyages. Maiden voyage is scheduled for March 23. And yes, the ship is named after famed Poland composer and pianist Frederic Chopin.
