Mother Sues NCL Over Negligence
A mother and her 12-year old daughter, who sailed on Norwegian Cruise Line's Norway last September are suing the cruise line for negligence. The reason?

The line, according to the suit, hired a youth activities director with a criminal record who was found guilty in March for sexually assaulting the 12-year old on the Caribbean cruise.

30-year old Daniel Hanoian, whose arrest record doesn't read terribly promising for a youth activities worker -- among his prior-to-shipboard life-crimes include everything from petty theft to public exposure will be sentenced in July. In the meantime, NCL's offered the usual "no comment" on its own suit since the matter is in litigation.
