| Even as big-ship cruise lines are putting fleet expansion plans on hold, Radisson Seven Seas, which just christened its newest, the Seven Seas Mariner, this week, says it’s continuing to build. The increasingly glitzy small-ship cruise line, which expects delivery of the Seven Seas Voyager in spring 2003, says it will likely give go-ahead plans to a shipyard to-be-determined to start construction of another newbuild for delivery the following year. | |
