| Update -- Hurricane Isaac Tapers Off |
(10 a.m.) -- Hurricane Isaac weakened as it passed Cape Race, Newfoundland yesterday afternoon, with 36 m.p.h winds.
Tropical storm warnings and watches have been called off and no damage has been reported to St. John's port.
This will be our last report on Hurricane Isaac.
