Travel Services International (TSI), which last winter launched its cruise "guarantee" - like Carnival’s, it promised to refund a customer's money if they were dissatisfied with their experience - is trumpeting its success with the announcement that it will extend the program. The agency will now honor the guarantee on cruises booked and taken through December 15, 2001. The fact that the company is willing to continue its cruise guarantee clearly indicates it didn't get too many takers (Biztravel.com, which offered, at one time, a similar one geared to airline passengers had to greatly reduce its program because too many people were dissatisfied).
