The refurbishment will begin on January 12 and will extend to every area of the ship, from the spa and fitness center to lounges to refurbished staterooms (complete with bedding from Royal Caribbean's new program). Additional dining options, such as Johnny Rockets and Sorrento's authentic Italian pizzeria, will be added as well -- and the Windjammer Cafe, along with the Mikado and Maytime dining rooms, will get a redo.
