Victory Passes Reexamination

Carnival Victory, which flunked the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s semi-annual sanitation and inspection exam last month with an 83 (86 is passing), has been reinspected -- and passed with a lofty 97 score. Interestingly, the only deduction the ship received this time around was 3 points for unclean food contact surfaces and utensils -- an area that received an identical penalty during January’s failed exam.
