| Premier Update: Official Refund Policy |
| The Federal Maritime Commission has updated its refund instructions for those passengers who’ve booked a cruise on Premier. The update presented no surprises; the FMC’s rules, which are available via their web site at www.fmc.gov, basically instruct those who charged their passage on a credit to go through the credit card company -- though it stresses that consumers should do so immediately.
