Seabourn Announces New Asian Itinerary Change

Seabourn Spirit, which is currently sailing in South Asia, has cancelled its planned call at Colombo, Sri Lanka -- in April. The fact that Seabourn is announcing this change some three months in advance is a sign that executives believe the recovery there will take quite a bit of time.

The change affects the ship's 16-night Singapore to Dubai cruise, which departs on April 10. The call at Colombo will be replaced with a stop at Ko Ngai, in Thailand, where the ship will have a "marina day" (opening its watersports platform) and beach barbecue.
