Javier No Longer Impacts Mexican Riviera

(12:30 p.m.) Tropical Storm Javier, downgraded from hurricane status, continues to weaken as it spreads rain across Baja California. At this point, Mexican Riviera disruptions are minimal. Cruise lines have issued no new announcements and sailings -- including embarkation and disembarkation -- are basically continuing as scheduled.
