Dawn Princess Slated for Unscheduled Dry Dock

June 15, 2004
Folks booked on November 3 and 13 voyages on Princess Cruises' Dawn Princess are in for a bit of a letdown. Princess announces that, due to the need for repair of one of its four engines, the ship will be pulled from service.

The impacted sailings, both 10-night cruises, featured Southern and Western Caribbean itineraries.

A statement from Princess says that passengers on the impacted voyages will be gifted with a $100 per cabin cruise credit, and that the line will "work individually with passengers and their travel agents to re-book."
