Diamond Princess Arrives On U.S. Shores

Diamond Princess, which got a royal inaugural launch -- Japanese-style -- on February 26 in Nagasaki, Japan, has completed its trans-Pacific repositioning. The 116,000-ton, 2,670-passenger ship, which will use the Port of Los Angeles as its spring homeport (it will sail week-long Mexican Riviera itineraries), sails off on its maiden voyage on Saturday, March 13.
