We decided to give MSC a try despite the mixed reviews because the price was so good. It wasnt perfect but given the price, issues were minor. It is great deal. We paid for Aurea level and I feel it was worth it.

I will start off we booked our transfers with MSC. The price and service was well work it.
Arrival at the cruise port to boarding the ship was in under 15 minutes. That was impressive.
