We are currently on this terrible cruise
Over 500 people on board have signed a petition protesting the way MSC are treating us.
1. So many sea days
Change of itinerary increasing itinerary to an extra 20 sea days, less port times, and no compensation for these changes or refunds of tax and port fees.
As compared to other cruise companies such as Cunard, princess, costa etc who have ...
MSC said the ship was refurbished in 2023 and they must be talking about the exterior of the ship. The public stairs lot dated with the teal and chocolate motif. The cabins are either navy or bordello red. The furniture in the cabin is worn, sun bleached and dated, think 90’s. Dining options are limited. There is the main dining room offering a selection of reoccurring average to say the best ...
Would you like to feel like a hostage for 116 days? A modified itinerary without any compensation (The pyramids of Egypt replaced by Alicante in Spain) and this disdain reiterated with stopovers shortened or even eliminated! An anecdote: you should know that the tides change for the arrival of an MSC ship... even the moon still hasn't understood! another joke? Would you like to organize a private ...
The 2024 World Cruise was supposed to be the crowning jewel of my travel career (so far!)! This cruise has been a disaster. This World Cruise has many itinerary changes due to the events surrounding the Red Sea that affected so many other voyages. But, where others succeeded in passenger care, MSC failed miserably.
They refused to give any refund due to the itinerary change. They instead ...
Currently on MSC Poesia world cruise. MSC Customer service has been appalling…. No response to written correspondence sent to UK MD prior to embarkation (due to multiple itinerary route changes - some of which were due to the Red Sea conflict, others due to yellow fever, others due to, well who knows!!) as final itinerary changes were made just 48hrs before embarkation and no option to cancel. ...
To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. I looked forward to this cruise as it was a New Years cruise and I was very excited to the food and entertainment and the overall spirit of the New Years celebration.
But I will start from the embarcation. We got a Balcony cabin and also an upgraded Auria package that entitled us to a priority boarding. We arrived to Miami Port 10 minutes ...
I have cruised on various cruise lines so far including NCL, Celebrity, Carnival etc. This has been the worst from all aspects, except the staff. The food had literally no Vegetarian options. The shows were substandard. No coffee creamer’s. The quality of soap below par. Not even warm milk for coffee the first 2 days. I would not recommend this cruise line by any means. Please save your money and ...
We have done a Christmas cruise on Carnival and RCCL, so we thought we would give it a try on MSC as well. We have been on four other MSC ships (Seaside, Seashore, Meravigilia and Divina).
Pre-Cruise
We flew in to FLL and stayed at the Wyndham Gardens the night before. The hotel had a shuttle that picked us up. options for food was a small restaurant area in the hotel, or a restaurant ...
We are seasoned cruisers and our 3rd time with MSC. Yes this ship is an older ship, but kept in near perfect shape. No there isn't a lot of activities that you'll find on the newer mega ships, but for the price, we felt it was an outstanding value.
There are so many food options, I can't believe how negative the food reviews are. No this isn't a five star restaurant, but a nice deluxe balcony ...

My daughter and family did travel with there two sons, ages 3 and 10. The first10 year old, had so much fun meeting other kids he didn’t want to have dinner with the family he wanted to stay with the Kids Club!!Most memorable staff member was ...
