We had such an amazing 7 days onboard the World Europa! (12 to 19 February 2023). Have taken over 20 cruises including 4 with MSC but Splendida was by far the worst ship. Nothing was clean, no antibac available especially at restaurants, public bathrooms mostly had no soap or toilet roll. The cabin was clean enough but was tatty and the balcony was filthy.

This was our first and more than likely our last MSC cruise. We usually cruise with HAL and Celebrity but chose this cruise because of the itinerary and the newness of the ship. My family took a cruise on MSC in the Yacht Club on a Mediterranean cruise in 2019. We were very impressed with the YC experience and decided to sail on MSC again in Dec. 2022 Dubai cruise.
