Horrible experience so far. Over crowded everywhere queues for days to do just about anything, including accessing lifts. People are frustrated and impatient and thus pushes in lines and literally fight for space in the pools. Dirty. Cheap food. To top it off our ship is stuck in the Harbour. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. I chose this ship because it fit in my schedule of only being able to sail Monday thru Friday, and because I found a fantastic price. Ship is older and fewer amenities but in good shape. Smoking infiltrated all of us anytime we were near a smoking area or the casino. Why is any cruise line catering to the .5% of people who smoke to the detriment of the other 99.5%? The buffet food was horrible.
