Great service

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Divina

We joined 400 dancers on the cruise for Dance Academy Tour. It was our first cruise, and I must say that the service was exquisite. We lost our cruise card multiple times, yet we could ask for a new one at the desk at any moment in time. Our room was cleaned twice a day, everything worked perfectly and the staff was polite all the time. We had the same person cleaning our room each day and it ...

In 2015, we already went on a cruise in Norway on P&O Britannia (our story can be read in Russian at this link: English traditions on a P&O cruise on the new Britannia ship https://forum.awd.ru/viewtopic.php?p=6168033#p6168033). This time we decided to go to the northernmost point of Europe - the North Cape. We chose a cruise on the MSC Preziosa from July 14, 2023. Exit from Hamburg. Overall I ...

Food is an issue but everything else is great

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

We chose this cruise because we needed multiple cabins and the price for Aurea experience was within budget. We had a great trip overall. The only complaint I have is that breakfast in the dining room is only 7:30-9:00. Lunch is only 12-1. And dinner is based on anytime or specific seating time. The buffet gets old quickly and having longer seating times for breakfast and lunch would have made ...

MSC Meraviglia YC vs NCL Haven

MSC Meraviglia This was our second experience in the Yacht Club. The first was the MSC Seaside out of Miami September 2019. I wrote a review at that time and was very disappointed with that week. WOW....MSC has totally turned things around. Right from the start, The yacht club exuded "We get the luxury experience on big ships". The ship is absolutely beautiful. The Galleria was ...

Day 1 Will be honest because I took a happy pill due to anxiety so I don't remember much! Easy to drop off luggage- met by John Travolta from Saturday Night fever, tim went to park. He said plenty of spaces to park. Check in time was 12:30- we got there about 11:30. After 90 minutes of lines worthy of DisneyLand- we finally got to the counter where all the clerks were told to stop processing ...

I chose this cruise because I wanted to try a new cruise line, and MSC Mereviglia is one of the largest cruise ships. The good: The crew was superb - each and everyone of them I encountered. They were plentiful, helpful, and kind. Our cabin was kept spotless, the elevators were gleaming, the bars were clean. This is a really well tended to ship. The food was excellent. If anyone is ...

MSC- The Cruise Line That Couldn't Shoot Straight

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

A week of itching and parasitic diarrhea, surrounded by employees who hate their jobs and make no effort to conceal it. They also don't conceal their disdain for the passengers, as if we were to blame for their poor life decisions. The restaurants were shockingly poor, but at least the portions were tiny, so the mouth suffering was brief. The intestinal suffering however, would last almost as long ...

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Lirica

The cruise ship is old and kinda dirty. The shore excursions were disorganized (the tenderboats were in late, you have to wait for the buses in 40°C no shade for sure). The staff at the pool bar didn't want to work, often just looked away, to avoid eyecontact, it was on their face that they HATE their job and hate the guests. The food selection is poor, especially at dinner (only vegetables? ...

Very archaic cruise experience

Had some friends going on this cruise and they convinced us to join. We have always sailed RC and NCL. Read some mixed reviews but booked regardless since we were craving a trip with some very close friends Checkin process. Totally archaic. We had a 1030 checkin time…got there at the recommended time and sat on a security line for over an hour before we even got to check in. The Brooklyn cruise ...

Pretty ship awful service and food

We booked this cruise line because a group of friends invited us to join. Our family had been on a number of cruises on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruise lines and always found cruising to be a great way to vacation and thought we’d try a new cruise line. Unfortunately, our entire group of 10 friends were all in agreement that the service staff was disorganized and food was not desirable. With ...
