I chose this cruise because I was intrigued by the newly designed program and the planned destinations to visit. Upon returning, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff and management for providing a high-quality, impeccable, responsible, and unforgettable experience. The staff is dedicated to their work and attentive to every customer. I was particularly impressed by their simple ...

An amazing 7-day cruise on MSC EURIBIA, visiting spectacular Norwegian points and enjoying fantastic views from the ship

I would like to thank all the ship's staff for an unreal time spent on the trip. The management performed its tasks perfectly, as all lines of the ship's staff worked flawlessly. Performances of top-level animators, artists and singers, luxurious environment, cleanliness and attention from the staff. During the performances of the show, impressive costumes, created scenography, professionally ...

Fantastic first cruise experience, shame about the food and transfers

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Poesia

Being first time cruisers (this being a "trial run" before doing a TA with Cunard), we had read up on reviews and info re MSC and the Poesia somewhat beforehand. The Western Mediterranean intinerary suited us well, as we had never before been to Portugal. Having 11 days in port out of a total 14 was a very exciting prospect, too. On paper, at least. More about this later. The ...

Our sailing embarked in Copenhagen. From there we sailed for 10 nights, visiting Southampton, Ferrol, Lisbon, Cadiz, Malaga and Barcelona, where we disembarked. About Us: I'm 60 and my girlfriend is in her 50s. We have sailed on MSC, Carnival, Celebrity, Norwegian, Pullmantur/Croissieres de France, Princess and Royal Caribbean. Value: I thought the cruise was fairly priced and we received ...

Very Disappointing

This was our 3rd time on MSC, in a Yacht Club standard cabin with balcony. We were expecting the same good feeling after our cruise but felt let down by the constant lack of organization of the whole cruise. The problem is that the staff had not been trained to do their job, giving out bad information, and not admitting that problems had occurred. There is also an issue with the lack of ...

About the Reviewer: I’m a middle-aged American male who traveled solo on this, my 52nd voyage. I have sailed primarily on NCL with over 25 voyages there and a handful of cruises with Celebrity, Royal Caribbean and Carnival. This was my fourth MSC cruise and my second week on the Poesia. You can find my previous review for the Norwegian fjords in this same section of member reviews for the ship. My ...

Relaxed old school Baltic cruise

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Poesia

Overall, we had a great vacation. My opinion is that the MSC Poesia is a “relaxed old school” type of cruise. We chose this cruise and itinerary because we had booked plane tickets to Copenhagen. We enjoyed the cruise after a week road trip in Denmark. We enjoyed the ports and itinerary, which was a 7-day Baltic cruise including Copenhagen, Warnemunde, Helsinki, Talinn, and Stockholm. We have ...

We were a group of eight from Australia on a family trip to Greenland and we can recommend all facets of this cruise ship and ports visited. We had a great boarding experience in Copenhagen, greeted by a most helpful lady that had us onboard in no time with no fuss. This ship had one of the best crews that we have encountered on any cruise, they were all friendly and efficient. The Captain was ...

Expensive Wifi sucks

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Poesia

I went on the Northern-cruise with my mom & all over i think it was a great experience & holiday. Nice crew, very interesting places we visited & the food was definetly okay. The only comment i have, that's regarding the wifi. It is very expensive and it works poorly. We've paid +/- 300 euro for 8 days for multiple devices, but the wifi went off most of the time. Without my knowledge my ...
