Worst vacation of my life. Felt like a prisoner packed like sardines on that ship with way too many people. It was spring break and sold out. Loud obnoxious music and noise everywhere. Note for when sailing out of San Francisco, the port is off The Embarcadero and there was heavy traffic getting to the pier. We had a wonderful time on our 10-day cruise!! Eddy Jenkins was an awesome cruise director, and the entire staff was friendly and anxious to see that we had a good time and enjoyed good service! All together my cruise was great. Our cabin steward Imade was excellent & very nice. Every crew member I encountered was polite and helpful. Plenty of food choices; went to Fahrenheit 55 steak house, food & service was excellent. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. Despite cool damp weather the quality of the young boat and its staff was obvious. Our cabin, port side, going down river kept its view when alongside. App was slow, Didn't hide events that were full and often hid prices till you got to the event. Food quality was inconsistent, some days it would be amazing, others bad.
