Horrible experience so far. Over crowded everywhere queues for days to do just about anything, including accessing lifts. People are frustrated and impatient and thus pushes in lines and literally fight for space in the pools. Dirty. Cheap food. To top it off our ship is stuck in the Harbour. All together my cruise was great. Our cabin steward Imade was excellent & very nice. Every crew member I encountered was polite and helpful. Plenty of food choices; went to Fahrenheit 55 steak house, food & service was excellent. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. A 23 year old ship is never going to be impressive compared to a glitzy new one, but you know that before you board. What Infinity might lack in the the latest pizzazz it more than makes up for in style and friendliness and the recent dry-dock has left her nicely smartened up. Worst vacation of my life. Felt like a prisoner packed like sardines on that ship with way too many people. It was spring break and sold out. Loud obnoxious music and noise everywhere. Bands blasting music on every pool deck and immediately when you walk off the boat at Coco Cay. So loud it hurt.
