Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. Our cruise departure from NYC was delayed by 2 hours due to the previous cruise experiencing “bad weather.” We were scheduled to be in Bermuda Tuesday-Friday morning.
