Every crew member I encountered was polite and helpful. Plenty of food choices; went to Fahrenheit 55 steak house, food & service was excellent. On dine in movie night, I'm going to suggest snow cones, to go along with that popcorn they're charging $4.00 for now.

Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. This was our third cruise with princess, after having a magnificent time on its sister ship, the Royal princess back in 2017 we thought we'd all get back together and try the regal! There were 10 of us ranging from 22-80 years old.

Great time. The staff was nothing short of incredible. Randolph was our waiter at dinner. We never wanted for anything. Can’t say enough good things about him. He took the time to talk to us, make recommendations, give us tips and tricks to improve our stay, and became an adopted member of our family by the end of the trip.
