The mountain bike excursion was fantastic but would recommend if you are used to riding and in good shaper. It is truly mountain biking; we were on very rocky trails handsome were narrow. The guide was very good and provided a lot of historical perspective. It was one of the most exhausting and thrilling excursions I have been on.
