Oslo Fjord Sightseeing cruise excursion
Overall Rating
On a fjord sightseeing cruise you'll pass through narrow sounds, glimpse Oslo's waterfront and visit idyllic bays and small islands surrounding the city.

It was a cold and rainy day, and so nothing was seen at its best. The tour guide was informative but didn't offer much opportunity for members of the group to ask questions. She spent a good deal of time chatting with the woman driving the boat. I had to get up and seek her attention to ask my questions, interrupting her personal conversation.

It was raining heavily but the tour guide was a little too rude. Vigilant park was wonderful only if it was sunny! The city hall was also very good to see where Obama received his Nobel peace prize

This was a 2 hour voyage along the fjords near Oslo. We had bad luck this day that the weather was terrible with steady rains and a low cloud ceiling that limited visibility. The boat was covered but this made the windows inside fog up quite a bit so picture taking was a bit of a challenge. They did open up the rear of the boat so we could crowd at the stern to take open photos. They did provide excellent commentary on the history of the region and what you were looking at. This would have been given the 5th star had it been sunny (outside their control, obviously) and this was significantly cheaper (about $110) than doing the 3 hour cruise excursion that would have been nearly $400 for 4 people.

Actually Olden but again nothing on CC lTour gsts!
Guide was good, weather was rainy. A bus trip/hike to a glacier. Because of the clouds it was all a bit underwhelming - a short tongue of ice flowing out of cloud into a small lake... The scenery to/from was nice enough but would have been spectacular in sun i'm sure. The included coffee/cakes wre nice. Hey, it was Norway - you expect some rain...
