Moorea Motu Islet Beach cruise excursion
Overall Rating
Enjoy the sand and the sun at Motu Islet Beach. Cool off in the clear blue water or just relax and take in the beautiful views from the shore.

I have done this same tour on four prior cruises - It is expensive but a nice day at the beach with a BBQ lunch. Plenty of shade also.

Started off with a snorkel with sting ray and sharks, then lunch and swimming on the motu. A great day out but make sure you bring some US dollars with you to buy a beer because they don't take francs.

This was really a highlite of the cruise. A fantastic tour with a very funny local guide and then a chance to swim and snorkel with the black tip reef sharks, and rays, followed up with a beach BBQ, with free local beers and soft drinks, and more snorkeling. They were very careful with everyone, and there was someone on a jet ski nearby if anyone got into trouble. It was awesome, and I'd recommend it to everyone. The water is quite shallow, and very warm (29Deg) and very safe.
