Journey on a Jeep tour around the plains of Dominica, near large crops of sugar canes, into mountains and through local villages to get a true experience of the island’s culture.

We took a jeep tour - but be warned, they are MANUAL transmissions! If you don't know how to drive a manual vehicle, they will put you in the back of a jeep with someone else driving. Make sure you have your driver's license! The jeeps looks worn - some of the seat-belts don't work. We drove to a local fruit stand where we were given a lesson on coconut, bananas and coffee. We drove to another area where we walked to a waterfalls. The walk is tricky - have to walk on top of sandbags through streams - but we all did have a great time. We were running late and if you book through Royal Caribbean, the ship will wait for you!
