See the aquatic world below on a glass bottom boat ride through the crystal blue waters of Kona.

We arrived at the dock with nothing planned and found a glass-bottomed boat loading for sightseeing and dolphin watching so we joined the queue, paid our fare, and hopped on board. After looking at the coral and fish beneath the boat we began cruising along the coast line. Soon whales were spotted and we headed their way hoping for a closer look. Although we never did get very close, we could see them spout, surface for breathing, and flip their tails at us as they dove back under the sea. On the return trip to the dock we were given deli sandwiches for lunch and a hula provided additional entertainment. We never did see the dolphins, but we did enjoy the excursion.

Fun experience for those in our group who were not interested in snorkeling but wanted to see fish.
