Ketchikan Wildlife Cruise Excursion Reviews

We did the Neet's Bay Bear Cruise. If you do this, be sure the salmon run is going on before booking. We did, and WOW! It really paid off. We saw all sorts of wildlife from black-bears, to chum-salmon actually in the throes of spawning. Really cool. It rained quite a bit, but staff offers rain-slickers to wear, and we got quite a few great photos of area wildlife. It's also a most informative trip regarding the local tradition of salmon raising and hatching. Awesome experience. NOTE: On this tour, you'll see black-bear, but NOT Brown (Grizzly) Bears.
