Montego Bay Ziplining Excursion Reviews
Awesome for 1st timers and someone who wants to try the experience. The climb was not bad and was able to stop and rest along the way. Am 60 and if I can do it. you can do it. Was not extreme and totally an awesome experience. The guides took care of everything and you just enjoyed it.
Roatan - Our VERY FAVORITE. We did the Roatan Canopy Zip Line and Beach Break Adventure Combo Excursion with shoreexcursions.com. Zip-lining was everyone's favorite part of the trip. There were a total of 11 zip lines included, and they sent us with 2 guides for the duration of the activities. The views from the top of the canopy were amazing. Almost a 360 view of the island from the highest line. It rained part of the time, but that did not hinder the zip line fun one bit. Our 6 year old was too small to go alone, so she went harnessed to one guide, either on the first or the last trip across the line. Tipping is expected for the zip line guides. We expected to tip, but we were a little surprised when the guide suggest a tip of $20 per person in the party. A bit steep when the price per person for the entire excursion was only $35. We tipped $10 per person.
The beach was beautiful. Crystal white sand, clear water. Surprisingly no sea shells to be found. TONs and tons of people selling on the beach, to the point it the interruptions were a bit irritating. I think the same lady asked me to get a massage four time in the two hours we were on the beach. A bit disappointed that this was the only one of our three excursions that did not include food. We opted to snack and get back in time for dinner on the boat.
