Skirt the beaches of Grand Turk in a two-person dune buggy. Trek up to the bluff for a scenic view and keep your eye out for pink flamingos.

2 person buggies on and off road (not too extreme), got to see most of the island with a couple of photo stops. maximum speed of 30MPH and guides were safety conscious.
Got to see all of the wild donkies, horses and cows roaming around the streets. Had a wild horse racing along beside us for awhile.
Fun excursion.

Since we aren't beach people we needed something to do. The beach here is gorgeous, but the island is covered with rocks, scraggly bushes, and desolate looking living areas. On the dune buggy tour you have to follow in a close-knit straight line all around the area. It wasn't really a dune buggy either, but a two person ATV with a cage. It beat sitting on the beach for hours, but wasn't our favorite tour.

The only reason this was not a 5+ was because the guide buggy kept stalling out, and it wasted some of our time. It was not his fault, but the company should make sure the equipment is up to functioning correctly. The guide, Barry was great, very knowledgable about the islands. We stopped on ahill and had an amazing view of the coast, some other islands, and Barry told us all about them. We went to a lighthouse on the other side of the island, we got the history of the islands, the lighthouse, and had a great trip. At the lighthouse they came and changed out the guide's ride so it was better after that. Just remember down there, as Barry stated, "the left side is the right side and the right side is suicide".
