The National Museum, a striking building characteristic of traditional Malay architecture stands proud in the heart of Kuala Lumpur as a repository for the country’s rich historical heritage. The Museum takes visitors on an exploration of Malaysia’s history beginning from the prehistory period to Malaysia today.
The city is very interesting. The National Museum is beautifully designed and a place to savor. Unfortunately, we only had a few minutes there. Loved the Central Market. The vendors were friendly without being pushy and they had good prices and we really enjoyed this portion of the trip. The tower was most rewarding. We enjoyed our tour guide. His English was pretty good and he gave us a good day. It was very very rushed due to time constraints. I wish we could have spent more time in this beautiful place.
