Get lost in Bangkok's ancient history with a river cruise around its coastline and to the former capital's famous ruins.

Grand Palace and cruise through canals. Temples at Grand Palace a cannot miss. Canal tour great way to see some of the city especially given traffic issues in Bangkok

Cool downed on this which was really appreciated in the heat of the day. Interesting part was when the boat operator handed out bread...I thought for us...it was for feeding carp/fish at the temple.

Interesting to see all the houses on and in the river; a lot of poverty right next to the opulence of gold statues in the Grand Palace.

Too long. Our guide wanted to be clear about the devastation of the flooding earlier in the year, which was interesting but we would have appreciated seeing less river and more historical sites.

The river cruise was enjoyable and the lunch was very good. Did not enjoy the 2 hour each way coach journey though.
