Curacao Snorkeling Excursion Reviews

Once again rented a car and drove up to hit all of the beaches that we could along the SW coast. Grote knip and Playa Jeremi were among our favorites. Spent a few dollars to go to private beach at south end and had some great snorkeling and very nice beach. Curacao had the most beautiful blue water out of any place we have visited yet. Pictures don't do it justice!!

Curacao is another great island. There is great snorkeling here. Lots of fish. Warm water and air temps. Great cruise pier area. Lots of history on this island. Highly recommend this island.

Went to the private beach - Blue Bay. This was a very nice, protected cove for swimming.

Waaaay too long a bus ride to get to the place where the excursion boat was docked. Only in the water an hour but rode the bus 2 plus hours,

The air conditioned bus that took us over was roomy enough for our group that we got to spread out comfortably. Once at the snorkel site, there was a beautiful beach you could sit at to apply sunblock, then there was a rocky entrance into the water for about 10 feet so it was a very cautious walk until you could swim without worry of tripping. We got to snorkel out about 200 feet along the rocky coast to the sunken tugboat where we got to see a guide cause a feeding frenzy with the nearby fish. There was a lot of fun to be had when hundreds of fish would just swim past you like you were just another type of fish they had seen before, no worry of being eaten for dinner.
