We booked the "On Your Own" tour, which provided bus transfers from Cadiz to Seville. Similarly to the Bruges tour, there was this annoying march from where the bus dropped us off to a rendezvous point. We were here on a Sunday, so the cathedral had limited opening hours. The lines to the Alcazar and Cathedral were huge, so we just enjoyed a horse carriage ride and some sidewalk cafe time. Seville is a gorgeous city, full of great architecture.

We visited the Cathedral, Alcazar and the Plaza de Espana. The tour was good, although overpriced. The buffet lunch was mediocre.

Not a lot to shout about, our guide did not speak English to well, had difficulty in understanding what she was telling us.

This was one of our excursions so I can only comment on Seville, as we didn't spend any time in Cadiz. We were dropped off slightly out of the centre of Seville, but our guide escorted us to the meeting point in the centre. She got maps for us all and then set us free into the wild! We had a wander around the cathedral and the headed for the Royal Alcazar. This is a fabulous place and is well worth a visit. There were official guides outside offering guided tours in English for 5 Euros per person and, to be honest, I wish we'd done that. After spending around two hours there we wandered along to a bar for some liquid refreshment and then just ambled around until it was time to head for our meeting point.

Tour company did a great job. P/U at port and transported to Seville via a regular bus. Once in Seville, split us up into two smaller groups. Did city tour on minibus, and walking tours of Plaza Espana, Alcazar, & Old Jewish Quarter. Plenty of time for lunch and independent activities. Tour of Cadiz coming and going, with drop off back at the port. Much better pricing than Celebrity and smaller groups.

Heavily accented guides and poor speaker system made it d8ifficult to hear. Tour guide was going to leave a couple behind. Hated this tour.
