This was a 4 hour tour. We should know better. When you are in a city the size of Lisbon, 4 hours isn't going to be enough time. The tour delivered as promised. An overview of the city and then a tour of the maritime museum. It was eye-opening to find out how important Portugal was to the development of the world. Our guide was great and gave us a lot of extra information. The contract these tour companies sign with HAL must be very stringent because the driver was panicking that we would be late getting back to the ship. Our tour was due back at 1:00 and disembarkation was only 5:00 but a contract is a contract I guess.

We enjoyed the tour of Lisbon, the Cathedral and the Museum. However, the description of the tour was supposed to have a visit to Belem Tower, and we did not go there.

Great tour with great service. Surprisingly reasonably priced for a cruise line.
