Booked the Concierge level for this cruise, and would not recommend. First 2 days had no service until we went to Guest Relations to complain. Kept waiting for steward to show up. Service was sub-par compared to other cruise lines. Reservations are required for dining room & impossible to get. Waiting in line for meals is the norm. You don't have a set seating time, table, or server.so meals are anonymous. Cabibs were VERY small not well cleaned. We were very pleased with the cruise BUT we always get a balcony and right below our balcony was a whirlpool with a very bright light that shined into our room all night. We couldn't stand out on our balcony and enjoy the view because there were people in the whirlpool all day long, every day looking back at us!
