I would like to give ZERO star, but I can't. MSC is a low, low, low quality cruise. If you like good food, avoid it. The meals offered are POOR and quality not so good. Staff if not well trained (specially customer service). The "juices" offered during breakfast time aren't juice: it is like a water with something with a horrible taste. Whilst not everything on the ship is working, deck 19, the rest of the ship is fantastic. We had a mini suite. Ship wasn’t ready to sail. Customer service was horrible! Not enough seating in Eatery and Arena. Most show in Arena were rock music, sound was too loud for ears, could damage hearing in long periods of time. Huge ship, but felt so crowded. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. Just finished my first trans-Atlantic cruise on Oceania's new Vista. What a special experience. I have loved cruising on other Oceania vessels (Marina, Riviera, Nautica) over the years and was really looking forward to being on the new Vista and it did not disappoint.
