Sadly, I'm of the same opinion of other prople on board Very disappointed with this Carabbean trip. Ports over crowded by too many ships. However, l must say, the staff were excellent. Our cabin steward did his best to keep our tardy cabin clean everyday. The shower head was broken which took two attempts at repair; there was mould in the shower corners; the toilet seat was disgusting: ...

Wonderful cruise if you are reasonable

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on MSC Seaside

I picked this cruise because it allowed us to visit 6 ports and by getting creative with excursions, we got to visit 8 islands in a week. We generally had a wonderful time. The food was good at both the main dining room for dinner as well as the buffet. I was generally always able to eat something I liked. They have hot sauce, salt, and pepper in the buffet so you can spice up any food you find ...

We just concluded our 8 night cruise on Symphony to Aruba, Curaçao and Labadee Haiti (substituting Nassau Bahamas) we had a very good time! This is our 4th cruise overall (RCCL 7 day, RCCL 7 day, RCCL 8 day and Celebrity 10 night). This was a Spring Break cruise which was absolutely packed with around 5,300 people. The cruisers were overwhelmingly families (parents aged around 32-38 with ...

Disappointing

Previously cruised all the destination. On another cruise line so thought we would try silversea. This was a complete disappointment from a food and experience point of view. This was the worst food with one exception. The pizza dining on deck 11. Entertainment was so repetitive and dull. Crew and staff made it bearable. Nothing like 6 star line, more like 2 star. Service in ...

Good value for money, but does P&O care?

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Britannia

This was our first P&O cruise so tried to keep an open mind and not try to compare with the other companies that we have used. The flight from Birmingham and transfer at Barbados worked well even though we didn’t have our luggage before we went for dinner. We originally opted for Club Dining first sitting and because we only booked 4 weeks before sailing we did not get a table for 2 but were ...

Silversea psssengers expect a luxury cruise and for the most part we received that. Beautiful ship and well designed. All the cabins on one side and all the restaurants on the other for a quiet cabin. Good choice of included tours for this unique Caribbean itinerary. A few minor issues accommodating the disabled such as my spouse but this was due to Caribbean infrastructure so be sure to double ...

Very Good Cruise, With Some Small Issues

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Holland America Rotterdam

User Avatar

First Time Cruiser • Age 70s

A very good experience overall! Rotterdam is a beautiful ship and, like all of Holland America's vessels, boasts a fascinating collection of artworks commissioned especially for this ship. Even though I was suddenly unable to use the Navigator app on my older phone, everything went smoothly. The only extra steps I had to take without the app were [1] print out my boarding pass in advance and ...

Although izzit international cruise, but the food was not international. Terrible food, Food was cold, and cruise was quite old, casino is very small. And we had to queue long time for the food. Food was really bad on the ship. Repeated food for breakfast and lunch buffets. And no assistant to guide us about the room key, coz we are bunch of elderly, don’t know how to read instruction, no ...
