Overall we didn't find much we liked about this ship or NCL's ability to communicate clearly. The extra charges for simple things really turned us off. Room service is $5 for breakfast and $10 the rest of the day. Booked by family, they were 11 of us. Great experience for a first time. Staff are welcoming and are always willing to help, but some struggled with English. Stop in Khasaab from Dubai then Muscat, gives you a chance to see Oman, although its very empty and boring.
